As a Inside Sales Representative you will need to demonstrate to Customers AND our plumbers alike. Remember, we are a customer driven business but when the Inside Sales Representative is on the phone with a plumber, they become a valued customer. As a Inside Sales Representative, there will always be work involved on Monday to Fridays between the hours of 7:30am to 4:00pm, but once you're clocked out we want you to focus on what makes life special. We need our Inside Sales Representative to be the type of person who doesn't need 6 to 7 alarms to wake up in the morning. They're ready to start the day to serve the customer and they're ready to provide a great customer experience as soon as they walk through the door. If you're someone who isn't a self-motivator and can't envision or create a project, once again this role may not be for you. This role takes a lot of self-starting and a lot of invested time into an aspect of the business that is beyond the plumbing and beyond the walls of Caccia Plumbing. The Inside Sales Representative works closely in a team of 2 Customer Service Representatives, 1 Dispatcher, and 1 Inside Sales, a total of 5 for the Call Center Team. The entire team is dedicated to serving our customers to provide an extraordinary customer experience and communicate effectively between our customers and plumbers.
Core Responsibilities:

  • Meet daily revenue and sold-hour goals by prioritizing the most urgent and profitable calls.
  • Deliver company message with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling and personable.
  • Participate in training to boost conversions, ensure quick, accurate dispatch of incoming orders, and practice outbound sales calling.
  • Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.
  • Relay accurate information to technicians, ensuring proficient, quality customer experiences.
  • Answering and responding to email inquiries from customers, or forward to appropriate personnel for follow-up.
  • Provide weekly reports to manager of status of customer phone calls and sentiment (i.e. how new customers were referred to us, the number of customers that were referred away)
  • Provide information on customer feedback on experience, options given and pricing
  • Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
  • Develop key client relationships, negotiating, and closing deals.

Qualifications:

  • Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must possess the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Must possess the ability to write simple correspondence. Must possess the ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Understands business implications of decisions; displays orientation to profitability; demonstrates knowledge of market and competition; aligns work with strategic goals.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of, Internet software, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
